Structured Finance
Structured finance generally refers to the securitization of assets that remain idle on companies’ balance sheets, the establishment of financing structures based on export receivables and similar foreign currency receivables, and the funding of these structures at low cost and under favorable maturity terms based on current or future cash flows and revenues.
Following this process for our client companies, we continue to provide valuation services regarding the alignment of principal and interest payments on the securities they issue with their cash flow capacity, as well as their interest rates and liquidity, and we manage the process from start to finish.
Project financing is a long-term source of funding based on the future cash flows generated by the investments made. In this context, coordinating the process required by companies—from conducting project analysis to reviewing business plans, cash flow projections, industry analyses, and feasibility reports, as well as performing scenario analyses—is of great importance.
At Danista Capital Partners, we work with numerous international financial institutions, primarily European banks, in the area of project financing. In this process, where we facilitate our clients’ access to the longest-term and most cost-effective financing, ensuring they secure the most appropriate funding source is of the utmost importance to us.
