Özyaşar Tel Joins the Borsa İstanbul Family

Özyaşar Tel, for which we at Danista Capital Partners served as IPO advisors, went public with the ringing of the bell at Borsa İstanbul.

Özyaşar Tel, one of the leading exporters in the steel wire industry with over 50 years of experience, attracted significant interest from investors during its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO, conducted at a fixed price of 28 TL per share, had a total value of 873,600,000 TL.

Following the initial public offering, in which shares were distributed to a total of 1,564,428 investors, the company’s public float stood at 30.23 percent.
