Özyaşar Tel, for which we, as Danista Capital Partners, acted as IPO advisors, went public with the ringing of the gong at Borsa Istanbul.

Özyaşar Tel, one of the leading exporter companies in its sector with more than 50 years of experience in the steel wire industry, attracted great interest from investors during the public offering process. The total size of the public offering, which was realized at a fixed price of TL 28 per share, amounted to TL 873,600,000.

After the public offering, which was distributed to a total of 1 million 564 thousand 428 investors, the company's free float rate was realized as 30.23 percent.
