Danista Capital Partners Served as Financial Advisor in Meysu Gıda's New Investment Process

We served as financial advisor to Meysu Gıda ve Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey's leading fruit juice producers, during its new investment process.

Founded in 1948, Meysu Turkey, with its long-standing history and strong corporate structure, offers a wide range of fruit juices and similar beverages, making it one of the preferred brands in Turkey and international markets today.

As part of this new investment, a significant step has been taken to increase production capacity and technological equipment through a partnership with the German KHS Group, a leading global manufacturer of beverage and liquid food packaging and filling machines. The financing for the investment was secured through an ECA (Export Credit Agency) loan arranged via our premium business partner, AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH.
