Danista Capital Partners Served as Financial Advisor in Meysu Gıda’s New Investment Process

We served as the financial advisor to Meysu Gıda ve Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey’s leading fruit juice producers, during its new investment process.

Founded in 1948, Meysu Türkiye, with its long-standing history and strong corporate structure, ranks among the preferred brands in Turkey and international markets today thanks to its extensive product portfolio of fruit juices and similar beverages.

As part of this new investment, a significant step was taken to increase production capacity and technological infrastructure through a collaboration with the German KHS Group, a leading global manufacturer of beverage, liquid food packaging, and filling machines. The investment was financed through an ECA (Export Credit Agency) loan arranged by our premium business partner, AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH.
