Danista Capital Partners Provided Financial Advisory Services for the €28 Million ECA Loan Secured to Expand Uzmar Group's Shipyard Investment

As Danista Capital Partners, we are proud to have served as financial advisor in the implementation of the ECA-backed financing worth 28 million euros, guaranteed by Euler Hermes, signed by Uzmar Group, one of Turkey's leading shipbuilding groups, with Germany-based AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH.

The ECA credit, which represents the first phase of the shipyard expansion investment and forms a strong foundation for the company's long-term growth strategy with its 10-year term, will not only increase production capacity but also enable the Uzmar Group to focus on high value-added, environmentally friendly, and innovative projects.
