Danista Capital Partners Provided Financial Advisory Services for the 28 Million Euro ECA Loan Secured to Expand Uzmar Group’s Shipyard Investment
At Danista Capital Partners, we are proud to have served as financial advisor in the execution of a 28 million Euro ECA-backed financing facility—guaranteed by Euler Hermes—that Uzmar Group, one of Turkey’s leading shipbuilding groups, signed with Germany-based AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft mbH.
The ECA loan—which represents the first phase of the shipyard expansion investment and, with its 10-year term, lays a strong foundation for the company’s long-term growth strategy—will not only increase production capacity but also enable the Uzmar Group to focus on high-value-added, environmentally friendly, and innovative projects.
In collaboration with Berlin-based Textima Export Import GmbH, which played a key role in securing this financing, we are delighted to support Turkey’s rapidly growing shipbuilding industry through this financing arrangement, for which we served as advisors to the Uzmar Group.
