Danista Capital Partners and Textima GmbH Have Signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement
Danista Capital Partners has signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Textima GmbH at its headquarters in Berlin.
As part of our agreement with Textima, we are joining forces to accelerate the financing of investments in Turkish industry. Our goal is to reduce the time required to secure financing for our industrialists’ investments in cases where there is an increase in the number of suppliers or diversification across countries.
As part of our collaboration with Textima GmbH—which has been headquartered in Berlin, the capital of Germany, since its founding in 1948 and operates across Europe with two branches and seven representative offices in Eastern Europe and the Baltic states—we are offering the “Financial Packaging” model to industrialists in Turkey for their investments.
We are pleased to offer this service in partnership with Textima GmbH, which will enable our industrial companies to implement their global, cross-sector investments at lower costs and in a shorter timeframe, and we look forward to continuing and strengthening our collaboration.
