Danista Capital Partners signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Textima GmbH at its headquarters in Berlin.
Under our agreement with Textima, we are joining forces to accelerate the financing of investments in Turkish industry. We aim to reduce the time required to secure financing for our industrialists' investments when there is an increase in the number of suppliers or diversification across countries.
Headquartered in Berlin, Germany since its establishment in 1948, Textima GmbH operates across Europe with two branches in Eastern Europe and the Baltic states, along with seven Representative Offices. As part of our collaboration with Textima GmbH, we offer Turkish industrialists the "Financial Packager" model for their investments.
We are pleased to offer this service with Textima GmbH, enabling our industrial companies to implement their cross-sector investments globally at lower costs and in a shorter time frame. We look forward to continuing and expanding our cooperation.
